82nd International Film Festival 2025
For the fifth consecutive year, Atlas Concorde and its brand Atlas Plan confirm their presence at the 82nd Venice International Film Festival. Once again this year, the iconic Terrace of the Hotel Excelsior is transformed into a space of excellence, becoming a showcase of contemporary style and design.

The Hotel Excelsior on the Venice Lido, opened in 1908, is much more than an elegant five-star hotel: it is a cultural monument and historic symbol of the lagoon city. Always linked to the origin of the Venice Film Festival, the hotel is the scene of meetings between artists and personalities from the film world. Its majestic architecture blends with refined and comfortable interiors, creating a unique atmosphere, suspended between tradition and innovation.
In this extraordinary context comes to life “La Terrazza by Atlas Concorde”, an exclusive place directly overlooking the sea, conceived as a privileged meeting point for film talents and celebrities. Here, the set-up project curated by Park integrates perfectly with the glamour of the event, offering a refined space for events, meetings and moments under the banner of elegance and Italian design culture.
La Terrazza by Atlas Concorde: architecture and cinema on stage at Excelsior
From August 27 to September 6, on the occasion of the 82nd edition of the Venice Film Festival, Park studio signs a site-specific installation that redefines the Terrace of the Excelsior Hotel as an immersive and symbolic work, celebrating the deep connection between cinema and Italian architecture: "La Terrazza by Atlas Concorde."

The space is transformed into a true contemporary scenography: material surfaces become the protagonists, evoking the timeless beauty of Italian architecture, which has always inspired the visual aesthetics of the great national cinema. Each design element is conceived as part of a scenic backdrop, where Atlas Plan, Atlas Concorde and Atlas concorde Habitat products represent the actors on stage. The setting draws inspiration from the principles of balance, symmetry and harmony that characterize historic Italian palaces. This refined architectural composition thus becomes a stage of vision and culture, where the material tells its own story through the language of design, in a continuous dialogue between past and present.

The Atlas Concorde brand signs the terrace counter design using Atlas Plan Taj Mahal and Sky Stone large-format slabs. The muted tones of the stone and marble-effect surfaces lend an understated and rigorous style to the setting, lending elegance to the surroundings. The use of materials similar in materiality and patterning match well with the finishes of Atlas Concorde Habitat's Manhattan and Tratto collections used in the furnishings.
The result is a surface that combines elegance and character: the effect is visually refined, thanks to the delicate veining inspired by natural stone, but at the same time deep, capable of transmitting a feeling of solidity and prestige, perfectly in line with the exclusive atmosphere of the terrace.
The presence of prestigious made-in-Italy brands enhances the central role of Italian design on the international scene: Artemide, with its portable lamps such as the iconic Takku with black shades, adds a touch of ambience and warmth to the room. Modulnova, with its kitchen, represents a perfect balance between advanced functionality and refined aesthetics. Fast provides elegant seating offering maximum comfort without sacrificing contemporary and elegant design.
The aesthetics of Atlas Plan are intertwined with the elegance of the film festival, creating a meeting place where design deeply enriches the social and cultural experience of the event.
